Eggs not moving

I’m on day 22 incubation. My eggs were very actively moving yesterday and now there is no movement and no pipping. Should I be concerned. What would make 10 eggs perish at the final stage? I did have one chick die and appeared to have died attempting to hatch yesterday. It leaked a green liquid into the bottom of the incubator from the hole it seemed to have pipped through. I did the best I could to clean up after it without removing the other eggs for too long. One chick hatched successfully today but no signs of life from the others. What should my next steps be?

Keep waiting. After 2 more days I would candle and then toss them. They should be ok. Probably just resting after struggling to break out. You could make safety holes over the air cells.
