eggs now?

I have found a turkey egg in the run the last two days. Isn't it the wrong time of year? I have one 1 yrs old hen just finishing her moult, and dozen 6 month olds. Who did it? My guess would be the older hen.

How big was the egg? If it was a full sized egg then more than likely your older hen. If it was a smaller egg maybe a young one. Ours are still laying hit and miss except for the Beltsvilles, they are actualy picking up in egg production.
