Congrats on the chickens and the eggs. It sounds like you have production egg layers! It is fun to collect more eggs than you can eat - I have a collection of recipes that use lots of eggs, and when I have an excess I also hard boil several dozen and pickle them. Or give them to friends. Or sell them.

Keep in mind that you won't get 6 eggs a day forever. Come fall they will possibly stop laying to molt, the shorter daylight hours may mean fewer eggs, and, being production egg layers they will burn out faster than the heritage breeds and will be all done laying by the time they're a couple of years old.

Chickens and rabbits do seem to go hand in hand. I don't keep rabbits myself but I read on here a lot about people keeping them together and it usually seems to be a good arrangement for them.
