eggs out of nest

The eggs seem just fine. Could the other females be taking them out? There are other nests but seems like this one is the favorite. O.O

What kind of nest are you using maybe a piece of scrap wood across the front would keep them inside.

Are they even laying in the nest boxes? Sometimes ducks need to be trained to lay in their nest boxes.

Are they Broody? Why are you not collecting eggs daily?
