Eggs Pipping in the Wrong Places?

I have the weird end pippers from my own eggs and those I received from the breeder. I had a hard time keeping my humidity stable and it would frequently drop to 19%-20% overnight. I'd add a little water in the morning and it would go up to 40% before slowly dipping down over the day. I'd add more water in the evening and then the cycle would start again. If I added water according to the incubator instructions, the humidity would jump up to 50-55% which I had read was too high so i was trying to do it manually. The last day before lock down I didn't add any water because the air cells still seemed a tad big so it was at 19-20% humidity for about a day and a half.

I used a small, wireless Govee to compare temps and humidity, but I did not calibrate like I should have. I just assumed it was correct, but looking back I should have double checked.

One of the normal pippers hatched just fine and it looks and is behaving very strong and healthy. I can hear peeping from the unhatched chicks, including the wrong siders so that gives me a little hope.

Alright, final verdict is that we ended up with 10 healthy chicks out of 12 that made it to lockdown. Two eggs never pipped and weren't moving so I did a careful shell removal over the aircell and both chicks had passed. Neither had finished absorbing their yolk and it looked like the inner membrane had shrink-wrapped them. I'm not sure if I could have helped them if I had intervened sooner.

All of the wrong siders hatched on their own. I did give one that was behind everyone else a little safety hole. It hatched out by itself a few hours later.

Thank you everyone for the help! It's so fun to have these beautiful healthy chicks!
