Eggs shipped in the cold..

Anyone have any luck hatching shipped eggs during cold weather? I ordered eggs from 2 different people. One is including a heat pack, the other said she would but there wasn't one in the box. The eggs were cold when I opened the box. Letting them warm up to room temp, afraid I just wasted my money

They should be fine, I live in North Dakota and have received eggs twice this winter without heat packs and all were well.
