eggs starting to hatch !!!! I have some questions

So I just put my chicks on lock down friday morning.. last night I came home to one that had allready pecked a small breathing whole this morning 3 more.. ???? Isnt that to early I was thinking monday

Day 21 for me would have been Thursday at 7:30pm. I came home Wednesday morning at 10am to find two hatched chicks and then had two more that evening. Four more hatched on Thursday, and one yesterday. The chicks will do what the chicks will do.

My chicks are "due" Monday, so I took them off the turner this morning, one's pipped and peeping. How long between pipping and hatching?
