i have a hovabator genesis 1588 and when i put the eggs in there were no cracks or anything.however when i go to put water in the bator i get some water on my eggs sometimes so when i go to wipe them off i take them off the turner but one or two eggs are stuck to the tray and they dont come off unless you break them and then scrape the shell off and so far i have had to get rid of 5 eggs does anyone else have this problem

That happened me last year with one hatch in my little manual 18egg bator which had never before given me any probs. It was almost like the albumen was seeping from the eggs. I measured the humidity and found it to be quite high. I had to discard a few eggs because I was worried about bacterial infection but in the end all but one of the eggs went on to hatch. So hopefully you'll have similiar luck although I can't be sure what really caused this to happen. Good luck!
