This is my first time incubating duck eggs and it is day 20. Ive noticed this morning when I went to check on them they stared changing colors. I have four different eggs (Pekin, Black Runner, White Crested, and a Black Swedish) and all of them are starting to change colors but the Black runner eggs was already a dark color. Am I doing something wrong?? ill attach pics tomorrow.

I am a crazy chicken lady, so I can't explain..
Soon enough a crazy duck lady will come and answer your questions!

Is there any smell at all?
The only time I've had duck eggs turn color was when a runner hen was sitting a nest, some of the eggs turned a bluish grey color. They were rotten and there was a faint smell if you held them to your nose.
Have you candeled the eggs at all?

They had a weird smell last week but we just thought it was the smell from the incubator. I candle them last Monday and threw away the eggs we knew were bad

I would candle them again immediately. If they're grey and they smell, it isn't good and you need to remove them.

I'm sorry to say this but to me all but one of those appear to be rotting. Do the contents move or look sloshy up by the air cell when you rotate the egg? The egg in ths next to last photo looks better but by this point you should see a duckling clearly, movement of the baby and very clear veining up by the aircell.
I hope that helps.
