Yes!
I put my liner in before I start (before I set eggs). I get this cheap $1.08 roll of liner at Walmart.
This liner is very thin (and cheap), but it's got a grip so little feet can get purchase and of course no toes/feet go through the incubator floor holes.
Both my Quail and Chicken egg trays will turn just fine over top of this liner.
When it's lockdown, I just turn off the turner, open the bator and remove the egg tray leaving the eggs in the position they were in.
