eggs under broody exploded

Out of the eleven eggs under my broody hen, two have broken/exploded. It's only day five, and now there is egg goo on all the remaining eggs. Should I wash them, or should I leave them alone? I attempted to candle them to check their condition, but I couldn't see anything.

What should I do next? Thanks!

If you have more eggs to set, I would start over being your only 5 days in.
