Eggs with freckles

Thanks, I don't notice any difference on the inside, just the shell is different. Just wondered if it's normal to get freckles eggs from my EE. Almost all are freckled, a few haven't been. I always make oyster shells available to my girls, along with their own dried and crushed shells. They actually will pick the egg shells over the oyster shells. One more concern....I have 3 girls who should start laying next month ( they will be 6 months old). It will be cold, many days below freezing. Will the cold temps delay the schedule?

Temps don't delay, but short days can.
Only time will tell how much of a delay.
