I just brought in 3 eggs. They are cold can I leave them on counter or do I need to go ahead and put in fridge it’s 54 outside. I chff egg bled at 9 as no there were none.

Does tempurature determine if you can leave them out? I always just thought as long as they still have the protective coating on and you don't wash them they are fine.

You can leave eggs out for about eight days. If temperatures are high like 90 degrees, they could spoil, but they should be good for eight days at room temperature. Are you planning on incubating these eggs, or are you going to eat them?

I was wondering the same thing. We've been getting cold days and colder nights. I totally didn't think about and and have been keeping them on the table, my fiancee asked me the other day if that's ok, since it's been like a refrigerator outside for days.

Could you retype this so it is coherent?

Cold eggs are fine on the counter. 54°F is nothing.
