I have candled my eggs after 4 days of incubation and i found 3 eggs unfertilized are these eggs still edible??

I wouln't either. I would keep them in the incubator until day 7, just to make sure.

I once dropped and lightly cracked an egg on day 2 and ate it... :/ it was fine. But I agree with @PRchick and would leave them in the bator.
