Eggs

Just curious to know what people do with all their extra eggs. I initially was going to get 4-6 chicks that would provide all the egg requirements of my family in the coming months. Well we now have 12 chicks and 4 ducks with be joining us at the end of the month.

With thousands of new flocks, with the craze and all, the market is becoming saturated, in some places, for egg sales. Some places report egg sales as still excellent and in high demand. Your potential, depending on breed, is 6 dozen eggs per week. How's the room in your frig?

Worst case scenario is gifting others. That's nice. Also, you can simply feed a dozen a week back to them. They love them.
