eggs?

My hubby's boss has duck eggs and we're getting some I was wondering what they tasted like

They taste richer than chickens eggs, and for that reason, they are fantastic for baking. But they still make for a pretty delicious omelet or scrambled eggs on their own

Very good in cakes! I use them in anything that calls for an egg, just haven't used them to fry for breakfast.

So I told me dh "yea and they said they're great for baking" his response was "I've never had baked eggs before" in between laughing fits I did manage to explain to him I meant in recipes that you have to cook
