Hey I have some ko shamo chickens and some rhode island reds. So I want to hatch some of the rir eggs. But i still want the egg efficiency. So if the ko shamo roosters do their business with the rir hens. will the chicks of those eggs still be a rhode island red with good egg efficiency

It all depends. I crossbreed chickens for fun. I have a few hens that are Lakenvelder roosters crossed with Australorp hens. It is a lot like your case. Lakenvelders are an ornamental breed that is small and lays white eggs not that often. Australorps are brown egg layers that lay really good. The resulting cross produced black hens that looked just like the Australorps I had except their eyes were different. They layed just as well as the Australorps but their eggs were a little lighter. It may be different in your case though.
