Eggtopsy - humidity?

So kinda really sad about the chicks and can't seem to shake the feeling that it was my fault. I have three internal thermometers that gauge the humidity and temp. I know the incubator temperature reading is inaccurate and have done my best to maintain proper temp and humidity. Early on the humidity was a bit high and honestly I think that's where most of my problems lie. It's been 48 hours and there's no chirping or movement. The eggs haven't shifted or rocked. I opened up the eggs carefully since the membranes were drying out and both chicks were dead. One died after external pip, the other died during zip. I feel horrible.

:-(

What was the temperature + humidity levels of the incubator before and during lockdown, where was the incubator placed, what incubator did you use, how many times where the eggs rotated, and how were the eggs positioned?

Sometimes deaths occur, and it may not be your fault. I hope I can help! :)
