Out of 6 eggs this is the only one that didn't make. All pipped on day 20 and hatched on day 21 except this one. It is fully formed and the top came off easy as if falling off I do not know why it didn't finish chipping and hatching, this is what I found I also showed the egg in the zipping process.

I went in lock down on day 18 and called it quits on day 22 5 hatched on day 21 All pipped on day 20 on day 22 it was apparent that the egg had quit it also was the second egg to pip.

It's hard to tell with just one or two DIS what happened when they are fully formed like that. I highly recommend eggtopsies but they are most useful when you have a bad hatch and many DIS to compare. With it starting a zip and stopping, fully deformed, yolk absorbed it could be something as simple as just too weak, dehydration, something internal going on. It's best to inspect them uncurled so you can see the abdomen and check for omphalitus or any deformities around/to the stomach, head/neck.
