X2 on the foods mentioned by Double Laced. If these are tiny chicks, you can also grind any grains and seeds you have in a grinder or even a blender or food processor. You can add a tiny bit of water to make a damp mash so it is easier to eat. Make sure to offer up the hard boiled eggs as well for high protein and vitamins, minerals and amino acids. But get some starter as soon as possible.

You should be able to purchase feeders at any feed store. But you can use low dog food bowls or small cups in a pinch.
