I see that there are garden pesticides containing Spinosad (used in Elector PSP). I want to kill flea beetles on my eggplants, and I can buy other products containing Spinosad to use. I have a bottle of Elector PSP and I am hoping I can just use it instead.

Anyone know anything about this? I can't find any info either yes, or no.

Thanks,
Bob

I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I do know that the concentration of Spinosad in Elector is a lot higher than in garden sprays. You could try contacting Elanco (the producer of Elector PSP).

Following up...the garden sprays that contain Spinosad have a concentration of 0.001%. 9ml of Elector PSP concentrate (44.2% Spinosad) in one gallon of water results in an approximately 0.001% solution.

5ml or 1 tsp of Elector PSP concentrate in 9 cups of water will give you a 0.001% Spinosad spray. If you have Elector already, this is a very cheap spray.
