Electric Netting

Thinking of putting electric netting around 4 raised beds to keep hens out. Any comments or experience?

I've used it to keep chickens in so I'd expect it to work, but the electricity has nothing to do with it. The electricity keeps ground based predators out. I think you could find a cheaper solution. Plus, how do you get in without being shocked?

I use some net fences with and without fence chargers and the chickens don’t seem to be affected by the electricity very much. If you’re only trying to keep chickens out you can just use a net fence without the electricity.
