It is not especially cheap, no matter how you slice it. But look at www.premier1supplies.com and www.kencove.com . Premier is real good on customer-service advice, e.g. regarding what type and size charger would be needed for your particular setup. I've not dealt with kencove.

Be aware you have to move the fence *frequently* during growing-grass part of year to keep from being shorted out by tall gras/weeds (you canNOT just weedwhack along it) or use Roundup regularly; also it is rather vulnerable to high winds unless reinforced w/t-posts.
