electric rodent device

HI, just wondering.I have some of the plug into the wall plug rodent and insect repellent devices. Do you think that I could use in my coop?.The instructions say not to use if you have pet hamster,mice etc. Do you think it safe for chickens ?. I don' t have any mice or rats yet.just a safegard. thanks

Personally I like the Victor spring load. Nothing more satisfying than hearing the "SNAP" of it when it trips on a useless vermin.
