I've seen this term a few times on the forum.

Can anyone tell me where to buy it, the pros and cons, etc?

Below is a link to what I have. I have just about every ground pred here, except for bears, and this fence has proven to be the answer for me. The fence can be powered by household current, or solar. Premier sells everything you will need, and they are very helpful on the phone with any questions.

this fencing looks great. I looked at most of the video to get an idea of how it works. Are you able to move it around every week or so? Does it keep out all sizes of predators? Do you think a dog would be able to knock it over and get in?
I just bought a 10 X 10 dog pen to "free range" my girls-because my local Agway didn't have this set up (they had the fencing but not the power). Of course a dog pen is not ideal bc it's too heavy to move and the smaller predators can still get in through the chain link fence and other openings. But it will have to do for now bc otherwise my girls can't go out at all. The dog (I'm assuming it was a dog) that killed them last weekend will be back.
So far dogs are my biggest problem-I would have lost only 1 to wild animals in a year.
