Electrolyte mistake?

I purchased a packet of electrolytes from my small local feed store. After reading the mixing instructions I mixed the pack in a gallon of water and then will use one ounce of the premixed water to make gallon batches of drinking water as needed. I realized after I mixed this that it states something like, "mix batch daily" on the electrolyte package. Will it be harmful to give them the water if it has been premixed for a while? Also, should I use this from day one? I am getting 25 cornish x from Welp. Their website states that day one should be sugar and water, then a few days of plain water. Any ideas on if I can do this from day one?

The electrolytes start to degrade when exposed to the environment, while I don't think it will harm them the benefits will diminish. Most give them just after shipping to help reduce the effects of the trauma, then stop.
