Got some more work done and the micro-controller came in so I will be programming the door soon!
This is the swing access door to clean the coop:

I installed a vent in the door and between that and the extremely porous walls made out of old fence posts, there should be great ventilation.
TODO:
*build a nest box and small door to have easy access to eggs
*perch
*micro-controller to automatically lift sliding door in morning and close at night
