Which do you prefer, electronic or wafer disk temperature control for a cabinet incubator?

Looking at getting a cabinet incubator and trying to decide which way to go

Myself, I prefer the wafer. Its a simple reliable system that has worked fine for nearly 100 years. Cheap and easy to replace. I can keep an extra snap switch and a few wafers on hand in the event of a problem. I sure couldn't afford to keep an extra electronic t-stat on hand just in case.
