Electronic rodent deterrent devices

Anyone using sommething like this? I recently started having a little mouse problem in the coop. I tried traps and somehow they always get the treat and evade the trap. I tried poison too but it didn't work. I would like to avoid killing them though. They are kinda cute.

So do these devices work? Can they harm chickens and geese?

I have one in my garage don't waste your time with it on I still caught at least 10 in a regular mouse trap.
