Do silkies do ok with elevated coop? Considering window level with low incline ramp. wife ill and this would provide her the ability to see and care for if they can handle going up and down with ease.

I don't see why not. The best thing about ALL chickens is how adaptable they are. Silkies can walk up and down a ramp, they just can't fly very well. And of course the more your wife can do, the better for her, too. Prayers for her -- and you, too -- enroute from this post.
