My one surviving silkie of 4 feed store chicks does a weird thing. Occasionally, it weaves and shakes its head back and forth. It looks neurological. Is there something else I should be thinking of or worrying about? I am happy to keep it as long as it is living a good quality of life and not carrying something contagious. I can post a video later today when it stops raining.

I see you posted this years ago, did you ever find out what it was ? I’m having the same problem with a week old silkie now. I have a vet appointment tomorrow but not sure they will know either.

I've heard some silkies brains are up higher in there brain cavity which makes them have nerological problems
