[Fowler Farm]

Hi from little Elgin... near Austin. Enjoying starting up a farm again. 6 grown silkies with 70 growing chicks, teenagers: 6 buffs, 4 australorps and 6 easter eggers. Mostly for eggs and meat but will be enjoying some selective breeding. Enjoying this site more than most i have looked at in last few years. Thank you for all the useful info and tips.

welcome to BYC. I lived in Georgetown for a while a long time ago but absolutely love Elgin Hot Sausage to go with my brisket. Still order it.
