I am looking for the updated law for owning chickens in Cecil County Md. I am on the outskirts of Elkton off Maloney/ Frenchtown area and am having a hard time determining if we are considered within city ordinances there, anyone from Cecil County who knows.

just call the city to ask the general question (leave outthe part about chickens at this point), to find out if you are within city ordinances (which govern many things like sheds, etc). If not then ask where to find county ordinances.
