This is Ella: German for Beautiful Fairy Woman.
She has already been bred for me. I bought her for her wool. We are going to learn to spin angora wool.

Can't see the pics. Rats! I am getting a German next week if it cools down enough here to safely move her to our house. She is black and we were thinking of naming her Cinderella because DH thinks angoras look like fluffy bedroom slippers. We figured on calling her Ella for short. She will be a pet and fiber animal, not bred. i haven't spun before but a friend owns this rabbits aunt and will be helping me figure it out. I was supposed to get her today but it's almost 100 degrees here and we decided to wait till it cools down some.

Yes they are not accepted, and more than likely will not be accepted (ARBA has refused them once already ... hence where the Giant came from). That said, many people show them with the giants. To show a rabbit, you do not have to prove parentage. The rabbit just has to comply with the breed standard for that breed.
