Which would be better for meat?
Embden gander x Talouse goose or
Talouse gander x Embden goose.
Or does it matter?

I would guess that the resultant offspring would be similar with either cross.

Sorry not sure about geese BUT if I cross for meat I would always use the biggest I have regardless of type.
