She finally made it to the couch's arm, and leaned against that and took a deep breath. "Finally," She muttered, sliding her body over the arm and onto the cushion. "Sorry to intrude," She said quietly.

Azteca trotted back to the clover field to continue grazing. She thought to herself, "I wonder when a mate will choose me." and looked up at the sky above as a tear fell from her cheek.
