He stepped up onto the bar's porch and opened the door for the two of them.

"Thank you," She said softly, letting go of his hand and taking hold of the door's railing. She walked in and looked around at the bar.

As she made her entrance, several guys looked back and started a large, roudy commotion, filled with loud whistles and yelling. "Hey, hey Dennis!" one shouted in a heavy New York accent. "Who's the goil?!"

Bridget laughed, slightly amused. She wasn't at all dainty at heart, what with barn chores and all, and she enjoyed a good time.

Dennis snickered at the obnoxious, lonely men though slightly annoyed on the inside. "Let's go sit on the other side," he said with a grin.

As soon as they sat down they were approached by the bartender. "What will it be?" he asked.
