That's okay.
We don't get them at all here.

For one thing, our yard is being excavated, plus the sidewalk is on the other side of the street.

Bridget stood awkwardly, clasping her elegant hands together. The finger-shaped bruises were visible on her upper arms and wrists.

We have a bunch of little kids and roudy teenagers around here, so we get a whole flood of them. Which I'm so not used to because where I used to live we only got one or two trick or treaters, and those were usually from the little kid(s) down the road.

Another lust-eyed late teens guy took her gently by the waist and attempted to dance with her. Before she could react, he twirled her around, but his awkward, too-large-for-his-body hands slipped open and she went flying into Dennis. The guy's eyes widened in shock.

My dad just finished off the trick or treater's candy.

Ooh, well, it ended a half hour ago, so we're good.
