Embryo not floating to the top when i turn it?

I have a few eggs in the incubator and Im turning them by hand 3 times a day. All of the other embryos float to the top when i turn them but one of them isnt and its getting squashed at the bottom and it's not moving! It is alive because the embryo moves around but its not floating to the top like it should when i turn it. Help?

i dont know i just thought maybe the yolk may be crushing it

yoke is in albumine so its floating and thzt means its not crushing and I dont pay attention to if they turn or not I just make sure I do my job
