!!!EMERGANCY!!! Broody pecked baby through pip!

I have an egg who piped, and te broody viciously pecked through the hole! There's blood. It looks like it stopped though. It is still peeping and breathing. What should I do? I moved it away from her.

as long as the bleeding has stopped and the chick is still peeping i would just make sure that its in a warm area and on a wet warm washcloth and make sure that the membrane stays wet for it to continue hatching its okay if it hatches with the yolk out. I'm not sure if ducklings are like chicks but i had a duckling that popped out of his egg and his yolk was still being digested he ended up digesting it throughly and safely and it was gone the next day. I could be wrong so i hope someone else comes along and gives you the right advice if i'm wrong i've just been reading up on intervening and it said to do that if you had to take it out of the incubator or away from the nest. As for the bleeding to me it sounds like as long as it stopped and the chick is alive it should be fine. but this post will help knock it back up to the view area if i can help in anyway hope everything turns out great
