Emergency! 3 yr old BR attacked by dog

Thank you to everyone. My husband talked to the owner of the dog. It went well. They are one of the few next to us who care about their dog. Turns out it jumped their fence yesterday and they couldn't find it. They finally did find it down the road a bit. They were very sorry about what happened and are trying to work on getting a taller fence. And they are going to try to keep a better eye on the dog.
