I’m not sure what could be causing this but my female coturnix hen has been laying eggs without shells for about 3-4 days now. She has just started to additionally poop out blood. Under her cage (she’s in solitary within the flock- comparison pic of her waste with the flock’s in images) she has lots of urate without poop, and when she does poop it’s bright red blood. She’s inactive, lying in one spot all morning. What could this be? What should I do? I’m terrified for her- she’s a pet and I’ve never dealt with anything like this before.

Aww, poor girl!

Haven't had any experience with bloody stool, but one of mine would occasionally lay "failed eggs" (i.e. without shells) when she first started laying. I eventually figured out that her male was stressing her out, which I fixed by changing the cage's setup to give her more space to get away from him when she needed to. So that could point to stress. Do you have any hides in your cage?

Factoring in the bloody stool however it sounds more like an illness. Have you tried googling your symptoms? Or going through and FAQ of common quail illnesses? If you can't find any answers on the internet you might have to take her to a vet.
