also saw this at one chicken before she was dead!

Sorry about your chickens. Where are you located in the world? The hen in the bottom photo has blood coming from the vent, so coccidiosis comes to mind. Could they have gotten into any rat poison? Did the ones with mucus from the beak, have any gasping or labored breathing, or nasal or eye drainage? It would be hard to know exactly what is killing your chickens without a vet or a necropsy. Coccidiosis can be treated with certain drugs, such as amprollium, sulfa antibiotics, and toltrazuril. Tetracycline can help to treat some bacterial respiratory diseases, but it would not treat a virus.

I saw one chicken die...she was just pusing or just klurking...and suddenly start jumping and quiet and again jumping

I am sorry that you are losing your chickens. Where are you located? That can help us help you with suggestions of medicines. It sounds like there is something very serious going through your flock. Coccidiosis is a parasite that is in the soil and in their poop. Some strains can cause bleeding in the poop or just diarrhea. Back in post 3, I listed several drugs that can treat coccidiosis. If they could have gotten into rat poison or something that could have caused bleeding, there may be nothing that you can do. Do you have any veterinarian care?
