Take all the chicks and just dip each ones beak in the water and put some chick starter on the brooder floor right away.. do you have chick vitamins such as Nutri-drench? Or something else to give them a boost?

Yeah, 102 is a little to high in my opinion. I usually keep mine between 90&95. Unless the birds seem to cold or to hot. Birds are your best thermometer but def no higher than 98ish.
