Emergency cold birds

I woke up this morning to find half my birds huddled dying in the cold side of the brooder, away from the heating pad. I put them back in the incubator but they don’t look great. Some are dead and others are just kicking and gasping. Please help what do I do to keep them alive?

Update: they are doing much better now. Only lost one, the rest have warmed up and are back in the brooder. Way to give me a heart attack, little guys

I'm so glad they're doing better! The only suggestion I would have had was what you were doing already, which was warm them up.

My only thought is chicks can have trouble finding a heating plate if it isn't literally right on top of them.
