Can you describe what you do know about the situation? Isolation, peroxide, antibiotic ointment. Is it still bleeding? Do you have a seltzer stick to make it stop bleeding if so?

No it is not bleeding but what should I do there is missing wing bones from where cut off

That looks pretty bad and I doubt you'll be able to save the wing, but you could try. You need to get some betadine or chlorhexidine from a pharmacy or feedstore and clean the injury. You could try to save the wing by wrapping it or you could just amputate.

When you clean it you also should remove or trim the feathers to 1/2" to 1" away from the wound.
