Emergency!!!! Duck Is Foaming At The Mouth!

Okay so my duckling is 2 weeks old and my duck is spitting up and has bubbles coming out of it's nostriles and mouth! HELP! HELP! HELP!

Sometimes, my ducklings would sort of throw up water, and bubble out their nostrils. Does the duck seem to be in distress? is the nose water really foamy?

he thrashes his head and spit with bubbles comes flyingout and yes he seems to be in distress.
