Emergency end of term incubating!

That's good. 👍
Wait to transfer the eggs until you're 100% sure the incubator is at the right temp. Test the temp with a separate thermometer.

Awesome!!!
Any chicks with extra toes are probably part silkie.

any special suggestions for humidity target considering the circumstances? It’s my first time incubating. And assuming temp should be 99.5

Can you calibrate the thermometers? Fill a mug with crushed ice, almost to the top, and then put a little bit of cold water in the mug so the ice floats a bit. If your thermometer is digital, put it in a sealed ziploc bag, squeeze out all of the air, and submerge it in the mug. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, then check it. It should read 32 fahrenheit.

Or put it in warm(100°F) water with a human medical thermometer.
Much more accurate and in the right temp range.

True, but it cools of super fast which can make things hard.

Any thoughts how much longer this egg needs?
Humidity is at 78% so hoping she doesn’t dry up more or get too sticky/ shrink wrapped

As of this morning, yes!
Any idea how much longer it might need?

thanks for all your insight, much appreciated!! 🙏
No problem! Can you try to get a good clear pic of the egg? If there's still ANY blood, it's not ready. :)
