Hello! New here! I’ve raised chickens for 9 years and can’t solve this one! My poor baby has a very swollen foot. She is a year old Cochin. Born with splayed legs that I fixed. I feel she has had it so rough. She got bad frost bite in her toes last winter. I have soaked in Epsom salts. Given antibiotics ect. No vet here wil see a chicken. Any advice I’d appreciate so much. Maybe a staph? I don’t think it’s bumble. No black spot on bottom. Hers some pics I gave a little pic at it the other day to see if puss would come out. Nothing. Thanks!!

I'd give 1-2 capsules daily, & see if there's a chance it is gout. It won't hurt her.

Hi! So I found some but they are 800 each. Small. Think I could give her a whole one. I’ll open it and put it in food? Or half?
Your's is a higher dosage then what I got then. Are they Tablets? Mine are powder filled capsules.

If a tablet, then half a day should be fine.
