Emergency help needed asap please!

Can you syringe meds into the throat??
My silkie hen has a respiratory infection, mucus in her mouth. She will not take anything in. Feeding tube won't arrive till Wednesday but i don't think she has that long.
I have a pipette and can easily open her mouth because she is not fighting at all.

Avoid getting fluids in the opening at the back, that's the windpipe. Good luck!

Yes that's what i was wondering! Didn't know if it would go down right if i put the meds there. When i put it on her tongue she just lets in fall out
